All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email with your e-tickets.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as indicated on our payment page.
All prices are listed in USD or THB as indicated and include applicable taxes.
After successful payment, you will receive an e-ticket via email. You must present this e-ticket (printed or on a mobile device) at the venue for entry.
E-tickets are valid only for the date and time specified during booking.
E-tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold without prior written consent from Phuket Fun Pass.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled show time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled show time are not eligible for a refund.
In case of venue cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

All visitors must comply with the venue's rules and regulations during their visit.
Photography is allowed for personal use only. Flash photography is prohibited as it may disturb the animals.
Phuket Fun Pass and the venue management reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who does not comply with venue rules or displays disruptive behavior.
Phuket Fun Pass acts as a booking agent for the Dolphin Show venue. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete or correct.
Phuket Fun Pass is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during your visit to the venue.
